Why I Created
This Self-Assessment
I ignored the signs.
The jaw clenching.
The exhaustion.
The tension I carried home each day.
I thought I simply needed to work harder, be stronger, or push through a difficult season.
I was wrong.
Over time, I learned that prolonged stress and unhealthy environments can leave a lasting impact on both our emotional and physical well-being.
I created this self-assessment to help others recognize the signs sooner than I did.

As a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) candidate, Nicoma Narjett has dedicated her research to mitigating bullying across corporate, educational, and faith-based environments. But this isn't just academic. She has personally navigated bullying in all three spaces. She is choosing to face this issue head-on so others do not have to suffer in silence. Her goal is simple: to help people recognize unhealthy environments sooner, protect their health, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
